Advice on saving your salary (money) until the end of the month
The incident is of a young Saudi man. He was not at all satisfied with his life. His salary was only four thousand riyals. Being married, his family expenses were much more than his salary. His salary would run out before the end of the month, so he had to take loans out of necessity. In this way, he was slowly sinking into the mud of debt. And such a belief was born in his salary that his life would be spent in this poverty. Of course, his wife would take care of his condition. But the burden of debt had become so heavy that it was difficult to breathe.
One day he went to a gathering of his friends. That day, a friend was present there who was a very intelligent and prudent person. The young man's speech was such that I gave great importance to all the advice of that friend of mine.
Word by word, the young man told his friend all his conditions. Especially the financial problem was brought before him. His friend listened attentively and said, "My advice is that you set aside some money from your salary for charity." The young man was surprised and said, "Sir! You have to take a loan to meet your family needs; and you asked me to set aside money for charity?"
However, the young man went home and told his wife. His wife said, "What's the problem with testing? Maybe Allah will open the door of sustenance for you." The young man decided to set aside thirty riyals from his four thousand riyals salary for charity and started paying it at the end of the month.
Subhanallah! I swear, it won't be wrong at all, his (financial) situation completely changed. He was always worried about money; and now his life has blossomed like a flower. Despite having so much debt, he felt free. There was such an unshakable peace in his heart that it is impossible to explain.
After a few months, he started to organize his life. He divided his earned money into several parts, and it brought him a blessing that had never happened before. He calculated and estimated how many days it would take to clear the debt, God willing.
After a few days, God Almighty opened another path for him. He started participating in property dealing with a friend of his. He would bring customers/buyers to his friend, and he would earn a fair profit from it.
Alhamdulillah! Whenever he went to a customer, the customer would definitely show him the way to reach another customer. Here too, he would repeat that practice. That is, when he received the profit money (for the sake of God), he would definitely determine the amount of charity from it.
By God! No one knows what charity is; except the person who has tested it. Give charity and be patient - the blessing of God will descend upon you, which you will see with your own eyes.
◾Note:- If you ask a Muslim to set aside a part of his income for charity and act on it, you will also get the same amount of reward as the giver of charity. And there will be no decrease in the reward of the giver of charity.
You will leave this world and in your absence someone will continue to give charity on your behalf. You will continue to get the reward.
Even if you are a seeker of knowledge and your income is very limited and fixed. Still, set aside more or less, as much as possible (even if it is a little) for charity.
If the giver of charity knows and understands that his charity goes to Allah before it goes to the poor. Then the giver of charity will definitely get many times more spiritual peace than the receiver of charity.
