How to perform Farj Ghusl

How to perform Farj Ghusl

How to perform obligatory bath:

⭕ While fasting or non-fasting, if ghusl is obligatory due to hajj [menstruation], nefaj [blood flowing for 40 days after giving birth], sleeplessness and sexual intercourse, let us know how to perform fard ghusl:-

🔲 Fard bath is 3. And if any 1 of these 3 fards is left out, fard ghusl will not be performed. And if the obligatory bath is not performed, the prayers, deeds, and worship will not be accepted.

🔸 Duties of bathing:-

1) To cool once,

2) Watering the nose once,

3) Once the water reaches the entire body.

🔹 Sunnahs of obligatory bath:-

1) Kuli with gargar three times,

2) Water reaching the soft part of the nose three times,

3) Complete the bath with water reaching the whole body well.

🔸 In the case of Farj Ghusl, gargling and making the water reach the soft part of the nose is not Farj, but is part of the Sunnah. Therefore, if the obligatory bath and the Sunnah are performed according to the above rule, then the obligatory bath will be performed in sha Allah.

🔹 However, in the case of obligatory ablution while fasting, gargling with gurgling and water cannot reach the soft part of the nose. There is a possibility that the fast will be broken. Therefore, in the case of Farj Ghusl, one should perform Quli three times, water the nose three times (lightly) and the water should reach the entire body. -[Ruddul Mukhtar- 1/284, Badayus Sanaya- 1/112]

⭕ Rules and procedures for obligatory bath:-

🔸 First of all wash both hands up to the wrists, then thoroughly clean the private parts and whatever is stuck to the private parts. Then complete ablution. Then pour water three times on the head and let the water reach the rest of the body. Wash both feet after bathing. This is the Sunnah method of complete bathing. -[Fatawae Arkanul Islam- 248]

🔹 In the case of Farj Ghusl, the hair of the head for women and the beard and hair of the head for men should be thoroughly wet.

🔸 If ablution has not been broken after taking ablution according to the above rules, then there is no need to perform ablution again. Namaz can be performed only with this ablution.

⭕ The Prophet ﷺ said, Purity is a part of faith, purity is a part of faith, purity is half of faith. And so it is important to attain purity for prayers, fasting, deeds, worship, supplications and prayers to be accepted.

🔲 So from now on all of you will perform the obligatory bath according to the above rules and perform Namaz, Fasting, Amal, Ibadah, Dua and Prayer In Sha Allah 💞 ✅
