two Rakat prayers rules

The rules for performing two-rakat prayers are often the same, but there are slight differences. Knowing how to pray two rakats makes it easier to master the rules for performing three and four rakats.

Standing with the intention of prayer: Niyat means intention. Stand for prayer with the intention that you will pray. It is not obligatory to say it in mind or mouth. The fact that you have made up your mind to pray will appear as an intention.

After standing with the intention of prayer, raise the hands up to the ears and say Tahreema (Allahu Akbar) in Takbir, placing the right hand on the left hand and tie both hands below the navel. While raising the hand, the palms and fingers should face the Qiblah. However, make sure that the hands do not go up to the ears.

Sana has to be recited after handshake

Sanaa: “Subhanakallahumma wa-bihamdika, wa tabara kasmuka, wa taala jadduka, wa la ilaha ghairuk”.

Meaning: O Allah, I describe Your holiness and majesty, blessed is Your name, Your greatness is supreme and the only one worthy of worship is You.

After recitation of Sana, taa'uz should be recited

Ta'uz: "Auzubillah-hi-Minash Shaita-nir Razim".

Meaning: I seek refuge with Allah Ta'ala from the banished Satan.

Tasmiya should be recited after reciting Ta'uz.

Tasmiya: “Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim”.

Meaning: In the name of Allah the Most Merciful and the Merciful.

After that Surah Fatiha should be recited

Meaning: All praise is due to Allah Ta'ala who is the Lord of the created worlds. Who is the Ever-Merciful and the Ever-Merciful. Who owns the Day of Judgment. You alone do we serve and You alone do we pray for help. Show us the easy and simple way. The way of the people on whom You have blessed. Not in the way of those who are angry with you, not in the way of those who have turned away from your religion. (When Surah Fatiha ends, recite Amin slowly)

After finishing Surah Fatiha another Surah should be recited after Surah Fatiha. However, that surah should be at least three verses. The limit of three verses should be at least thirty letters.

The surahs which are to be recited along with Surah Fatiha in Namaz must be recited in the correct order. There will be no harm in the prayer if you do not maintain the order by mistake. However, it is makruh to break it at will. It is not necessary to maintain the order of Sunnah and Nafal prayers.
