Issues of Qurbani:
Sacrifice is a financial act of worship. It is obligatory on the wealthy. Sacrifice is done on a specific day for the purpose of reward for the sake of Allah. Qurbani is obligatory on a Muslim, Muqeem, possessor of Nesab, Azad.

Masala: Being entitled to Nesab.Possession of Nesab means having wealth to the extent that Sadaqah-e-Fitr is obligatory. That is, owning two hundred dirhams (fifty two and a half tolas of silver or seven and a half tolas of gold) without the main practical goods. (Durul Mukhtar, Alamgiri and other books.)
Masala: A person who owns two hundred dirhams or twenty dinars or owns anything other than basic practical goods that is worth two hundred dirhams, then he is considered rich, the sacrifice is obligatory on him. However, it is not necessary to spend a year on this nesab.Owning this in a day is enough.
Sacrifice time:
From dawn of 10th Zilhajj to sunset on 12th i.e. three days and two nights during Qorbani. But ten dates are best. In Aparagta, sacrifices can be made on the eleventh day of the month, then on the second day.
Issue: It is a prerequisite to perform Qurbani after the Eid prayer in the city, and since there is no Eid prayer in Ajgram, one can perform Qurbani from Sadiq in the morning. Masala: Sacrifice must be done at the specified time of sacrifice. Then later, if you donate that amount or an animal worth that amount in charity, it will not be wajib. (Alamgiri.)

Masala: If the conditions of sacrifice are met (which are described above), then it is wajib on everyone to sacrifice. A goat or sheep sacrifice is sufficient for one person and a camel, cow or buffalo can be shared by seven people. Cannot be less than one seventh. If there are less than seven partners, there is no loss; But if one's share is less than one-seventh, the sacrifice will not be made.
Masala: It is desired that all partners in the sacrifice should be rewarded. Don't be determined to eat only meat. So the claimant can also be a partner. Because aqeeqah also has the intention of earning reward. (Riddul Muhtar)
Rules of sacrifice:
Before sacrificing the sacrificial animal, make the animal drink water. Sharpen the knife in advance, but not in front of the animal. The animal should lie on its left side facing the Qibla and the sacrificer should quickly perform the sacrifice with a sharp knife, placing his right foot on its run and recite the supplication before the sacrifice:
إِنِّي وَجْهَتُ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِى فَطَرَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْاَرْضَ حَنِيفًا وَ مَا أَنَا مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِيْنَ إِنَّ صَلاتِي وَنُسُكْي وَمَحيَايَ وَمَمَات ِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَلَمِينَ . لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَبِذَلِكَ أُمِرْتُ وَأَنَا مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ . اَللّهُمَّ لَكَ وَمِنْكَ بِسْمِ اللهِ اللهُ اَكْبَرُ .
Pronunciation: inni wajjahtu wajhiya lillazi-fatwaras sama-wa-ti wal ardwa hani-fao wama-ana minal mushrikeen. Inna sala-ti wa nusuki wa mahiya-ya wa mama-ti lilla-hi rabbil alamin. La-shriqa lahu wa bisha-liqa umirtu wa ana minal Muslimeen. Allahumma laka wa minka Bismillah-Hi Allah-Hu Akbar.
When the du'a ends, the knife will continue. If the sacrifice is from one's own side, recite this supplication while performing sacrifice - اللَّهُمَّ تَقَبَّلُ مِنِى كَمَا تَقَبَّلْتَ مِنْ خَلِيْلِكَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ وَحَبِيكَ
مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Pronunciation: Allah-humma takbabbal minni-kama-takbabbalta min khali-lika ibra-hi-ma alay his sala-mu wa habi-bika Muhammadin sallalla-hu alaihi wasallam.
At the time of Jabeh, cut the cord four times, of which at least three cuts are necessary. Do not cut more than this so that the theft does not reach the bone, because it is unnecessary trouble. After cooling, cut the legs and remove the skin. If the sacrifice is done on behalf of another, then say 11 (on behalf of so-and-so) if it is 8. And if the partners are animals, such as cows, buffaloes, etc., then the names are said on their behalf, ie (then in place of 'such and such') the names of all the partners are said. Then perform the sacrifice in the name of Allah according to the rules. Masala: If it is performed by others, then it is better to be present yourself.
Sacrificial meat and skin:
If the share is animal, then the meat should be divided by weight. Presumably not distributed. Because if someone goes too far, then it will not be permissible even if he forgives. Because that is the right of Shariat. Then divide your share into three again, one share to the faqirs, one share to your friends and relatives and keep one share for yourself. If the number of people in the family is large, then the whole can be kept for the house, and the whole can be given as charity; Although it is better to keep a portion for yourself. Masala: If a sacrifice is made in the name of a dead person, the same is the ruling for its meat. However, if the deceased has bequeathed that the sacrifice should be offered on his behalf, then in that case, the whole meat of his portion should be given as Sadaqah. Masala: On the day of Eid-ul-Azha, the sacrificer should eat the meat of the sacrifice first.
